We go out of our way to find the right people and we pay them
top salaries. Before you request an application,
however, you need to know a few very important things
about us:

We expect all staff members to care
about the safety and well-being of our campers,
visitors, other
staff, and themselves.

Camp Lokanda has a strict No Smoking policy. We expect
no smoking while on duty or while anywhere in sight of
the campers, and in no camp building whatsoever.

Camp Lokanda does not condone alcohol abuse. If a staff member uses
alcohol and it impairs their ability to do the great job
we expect, that staff member will be dismissed.

Camp Lokanda does not condone the use of drugs. If a
staff member uses drugs it will result in immediate
dismissal.

Camp Lokanda expects strict adherence
to our curfew regulations. Counselors are expected to be
back in camp by 12:30 every night. Extended curfews for
staff can be granted by the Head Counselor.

Staff members cannot have visitors on
camp grounds unless permission is granted by the camp
Director.
These rules are strictly enforced for the safety and well being of
our campers and the entire Lokanda community. There are
no exceptions to these rules.
