Ray and Linda Diamond have been Directors at Camp Lokanda for the past 26 years, and have recently had Ronen and Dana Gabbay join them as Co-Owners and Co-Directors.

In 1937, Ray’s parents, Ted and Estelle Diamond, were part of the Lokanda staff, and subsequently became owners and directors. Ray grew up at Lokanda with his family from the very beginning. Lokanda has never wavered from the traditions and values that they established. Camp is about people, family, community, friendships, and skills… but most of all about people.

Ronen and Dana will bring great enthusiasm, responsibility and energy to the Lokanda Family, as well as a commitment to continue the great traditions and culture of Lokanda.

As parents of two young children, Ronen and Dana understand the great responsibility of ensuring the safety and happiness of your children. They are committed to doing everything possible to exceed the expectations of our parents and provide our campers with the greatest summers of their lives. Having been involved in summer camps during their youth, Ronen and Dana and are now able to fulfill a dream in becoming owners and directors of Lokanda.

Together, the Diamonds and Gabbays make an outstanding team and will continue to bring unique innovations to Lokanda. Because of their efforts, Lokanda will continue to be at the forefront of summer camps for generations to come.
