Welcome to Camp Lokanda!

 

We are a premier, co-ed seven week traditional sleep away camp located on a scenic lakefront in upstate New York.  Since 1937, we have been committed to providing our campers with great summers that keep them returning year after year.  In fact, Lokanda has a 95% camper return rate, and on average our campers come back to camp for seven consecutive summers. 

 

As you will see from this online tour (and when you see us in person), Lokanda has wonderful facilities and programs; everything that you could possibly want for your child's summer camp experience.  We believe that there is more to a camp than what you see on our beautiful premises.  As you read through the pages of this online brochure, you will begin to understand that our philosophy and staff make a real difference in a child's summer.  We have very high standards, and each year we invest in screening, interviewing, training and mentoring the best possible staff available to take care of your child.
