Fitness and health have always
been at the heart of what we do
at Lokanda. Our beautiful, new
air conditioned state-of-the-art
Fitness Center is where we carry
out our goal of having fit
campers. Under the direction of
an outstanding staff we teach
our campers workout routines
that are fun and will keep them
fit.
Our program features the
following :
• Strength Exercises: a
complete training circuit
• Cardio: treadmills,
elliptical edges, exercise
bikes
• Aerobics: step,
kick-boxing, tai-bo
Our outstanding fitness program
has activities that are age
appropriate and are designed to
meet the needs of all our
campers. At Lokanda we are well
aware that physical and mental
